Prof. Dr. Özgehan Şenyuva, Chair of the Department of International Relations at METU and Board Member of the Global Relations Forum (GRF), has been honored with the Bene Merito Distinction, conferred by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland in recognition of merits in promoting Poland abroad. He received the distinction particularly for his contributions to youth research and to institutional cooperation aimed at strengthening Turkey–Poland relations.
