Mr. Memduh Karakullukçu, Vice-Chairman and President of GRF, delivered a speech titled "Turkey’s Global and Regional Energy Outlook" at Observer Reserach Foundation (ORF) on February 19, 2014. The session was chaired by Mr. Sunjoy Joshi, Foundation’s Director.

ORF is a think tank based in India and supported by many of India’s leading intellectuals, academics, public figures, social activists, business leaders and institutions of higher learning.
