Patrick Low, Former Chief Economist at the World Trade Organization and Vice President of Research at Fung Global Institute, convened with GRF “Global Trade and Turkey in the 21st Century” Task Force members at a Roundtable on May 12th. During his speech, Mr. Low gave a detailed overview of recent trends in global trade from the perspective of  value chains.  Mr. Low  addressed also possible impacts of TTIP and TPP on global trade system.  Following his speech, Patrick Low received a wide range of questions from the participants.
