GRF Founding Member, Ambassador (R) Volkan Vural addressed GRF members on 21 October 2025 at a roundtable discussion held at the GRF office, moderated by journalist and GRF member Sedat Ergin.

In his speech, Ambassador (R) Vural reflected on his newly published book, “Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary – Recollections of an Ambassador,” sharing highlights from his long diplomatic career as well as his assessments of Turkey’s evolving foreign policy dynamics and current regional and global developments.

Following his remarks, Ambassador (R) Vural answered the participants’ questions.
