GRF 18th General Assembly
January 28, 2026

The  18th General Assembly of the Global Relations Forum (GRF) was held on January 28, 2026 at the Divan Istanbul Hotel. During the assembly, members were informed about GRF’s activities throughout 2025, and elections were held for the principal and alternate members of the Board of Directors whose terms had ended.

Ms. Gülay Barbarosoğlu, Ms. Canan Ediboğlu, and Mr. Doğan Taşkent stepped down from the Board upon completion of their terms, and Ms. Elif Ovalı, Mr. Engin Soysal, and Ms. Barçın Yinanç were elected in their place. The terms of Mr. Rona Yırcalı and Ms. İpek Cem Taha were renewed for one additional term.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the outgoing Board members for all their financial and non-financial contributions to GRF during their tenure.

With the newly elected members, the GRF Board of Directors is composed of the following individuals:
