Aslı Başgöz is a member of the global four-partner
Executive Committee of White & Case LLP and a partner in the Firm’s
Istanbul office. She founded the Firm’s offices in Turkey in 1985. Her
practice involves a wide range of corporate and financial transactions.
Ms. Başgöz has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions,
privatizations and joint ventures, particularly in cross-border
transactions. Ms. Başgöz is a member of TÜSİAD and YASED. Ms. Başgöz
received her B.A. in economics and political science from Indiana
University and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. She
is a member of the New York Bar.
