Ömer Dinçkök is the Chairman of Atlantik Holding A.S. which is a capital investment company with varios subsidiaries in Akkök Group companies. The Group which Atlantik has been a major shareholder, embodies 20 industrial and trading companies active in chemicals, textiles, power generation and real estate. Mr Dinçkök is a member of the Board of Trustees of Koç University. He has previously served as the President of Board of Trustees at the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), Founding Member of the Board at the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV), Chairman of the Assembly at the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), Chairman of the Industrial Council at the Turkish Union of Chambers of Commerce (TOBB), Chairman of TÜSİAD .He has also served member of the Board of Trustees at Wilberforce University in Ohio, USA. Following the completion of his BA at Robert College of Istanbul, he received his postgraduate degree in the UK. He is married and has 3 daughters.
