On March 27, 2024, Bekir Ağırdır, General Manager (F), KONDA Research and Consultancy and Board Member, TESEV; Sedat Ergin, Columnist at Hürriyet Newspaper; and Dr. Murat Üçer, TurkeyData Monitor Founding Partner & Global Source Turkey Consultant, addressed GRF and GRF Community members at a panel meeting organized at Şişli Tekfen Tower. During the panel moderated by Cansu Çamlıbel, Journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Duvar English Newspaper, the panelists deliberated on the likely results of the March 31 local elections, and their reflections on Turkey’s inner dynamics. Emphasizing that the results will have a decisive impact on the continuity of current economic and political policies, the panelists examined the state of Turkey’s economy in the latter half of 2024 based on public research findings. Following their speeches, the panelists answered the participants’ questions.
