Ruşen İnceoğlu

Rusen Inceoglu started his career with Turkish Business and Industry Association (TÜSİAD), where he was responsible for implementing strategic communications, public diplomacy and lobbying actions on Turkey’s full EU membership bid in Brussels, Paris and Berlin, between 2006 and 2010. He then held various positions in private sector and business associations (Sütaş, TÜSİAD, YASED, AİFD, Amcham Turkey/ABFT, TTYD) in İstanbul, Brussels and Paris; on external relations, public policy, EU affairs, government relations, corporate affairs and corporate communications. Between 2018 and 2022, Rusen worked for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) on migration, refugees, social good and sustainable development. Rusen is graduated from Galatasaray University, department of international relations in 2004. He completed his master’s degrees at Galatasaray University (Regional and Strategic Studies) and Université Paris-II Panthéon-Assas (Geostrategy, Development and Globalisation), as a Jean Monnet Scholar by the EU Commission. He also pursued PhD studies at Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales - EHESS-Paris on Development Economics. Rusen is fluent in English and French.
